Intensive Plus Italian Course

Everyone I met at the Accademia Leonardo was very kind, accommodating and professional.

I studied privately with Mario Poliseno. Mario definitely has vast knowledge of Italian grammar. Since I was interested in that as well as conversational Italian, he spoke to me in Italian the majority of the time…and I tried as best I could to reciprocate in the Language.

I studied for a total of 24 hours. He was very good at assessing the level I was at and met me there but tried to advance me.

He made sure I understood the concepts of the grammar, which is extremely difficult.

Lunch is also available for students at a fee of €10.

Mario was also quite helpful in recommending outings, cafe’s and restaurants.

So glad I had this wonderful experience.

École dans un cadre agréable, bien située dans Salerne . Accueil du personnel très chaleureux et efficace. Excursion et cours de cuisine proposés au cours des deux semaines . Cours particulier pour moi, collectif pour la personne qui m’accompagnait. La professeure (la même dans les deux cas) s’est révélée efficace et extrêmement chaleureuse (en outre elle s’est arrangée pour accommoder au mieux les horaires de cours). Une belle rencontre!

The class was suitably small, with three students. This allowed the right level of interaction and attention by the teacher. The school’s location is central and easy to get to. The classrooms are light and airy. The teacher was first rate. I felt I learnt a lot in a relatively short time. It has set me up well for further advancing my Italian.

Everything was good, accommodation was far away from the school.

I like everything. School was old and beautiful house In prefect place.

This experience was great. The classroom was a piece of art. The teacher was really efficient and super friendly. The location of the school is simply dreamy. The housing was amazing.
As you can see we loved our experience. The only negative side was that it was not possible for us the contact our housing host before getting there. Since I am traveling with a 11 year old daughter, I was a little scared by that.
No worries once we got there, though. My troubles were gone.
But still not being able to speak to her before did stress me a bit.
Over all, the best experience of my life.
